Showing up on time is an essential job requirement.

The Rules

Attendance is an essential job requirement.
Report to all scheduled shifts on time and ready to work.
If you cannot work a scheduled shift, notify management at least 2 hours before the shift starts.
Use the designated call-out method and receive confirmation.
Late notice, improper notice, or no confirmation may result in discipline.

No-Call / No-Show

No-call / no-show incidents are subject to immediate discipline.
Two attendance strikes in a rolling 12-month period result in termination.

How to Call Out

Use the designated call-out method and wait for confirmation from management. A text that isn't acknowledged does not count as notice.
