What's Expected

Follow all company policies and lawful management instructions.
Treat coworkers, customers, and vendors professionally.
Personal phone use during work time is prohibited.

Zero Tolerance

Theft or dishonesty.
Harassment, discrimination, or retaliation.
Unsafe, disruptive, or unprofessional behavior.

Management may skip discipline steps based on severity.

At-Will Employment

Employment at Maple Blues Coffee is at-will. Nothing in these policies creates a contract or guarantee of employment.
